    In order to earn the full 3 hours as required by the current NSW Fair Trading guidelines – we do track the time you’ve taken on the course. So please make sure that you read, absorb and understand the course materials – and also ask questions if you need to.

  • IF YOU DON'T SPEND THE REQUIRED TIME ON THE COURSE, WE CAN'T ISSUE YOU A CERTIFICATE

    Same applies if you fail your assessment, we may ask you to redo certain questions to prove compliance.

  • WE HATE SAYING THIS, BUT...

    If you don't comply with these requirements it may result in your certificate issued and you won't be eligible for a refund. Everyone has to... ya know.. do the right thing
